CLABAN INFOTECH · WEBSITE POLICY

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 17 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the Claban Infotech website and your purchase or use of our services. By using our website, approving a quotation, making a payment or instructing us to begin work, you agree to these terms and any project-specific proposal, scope of work or written agreement that we provide.

2.1 Services and Scope

Claban Infotech may provide website and software development, custom applications, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising management, graphic design, video and creative services, domain and hosting assistance, maintenance, consulting and related services. Deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions and exclusions should be set out in the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice or written communication. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and time.

2.2 Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate requirements, content, brand assets, access credentials and approvals in a timely manner.

Ensure you have the rights and permissions to use any text, images, logos, data or other materials supplied to us.

Review drafts and deliverables and provide consolidated feedback within a reasonable time.

Maintain appropriate backups and secure access credentials. Share passwords only through reasonably secure channels.

Ensure that your business, products, advertising claims and instructions comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

2.3 Fees, Payment and Project Start

Fees and payment milestones will be stated in the quotation, invoice or project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, work may begin after the required advance or full payment has cleared. Payments may cover reserved project time, planning, research, design, development, campaign setup, third-party purchases or other work. The client is responsible for applicable taxes and any third-party charges specifically identified in the proposal.

2.4 Revisions, Delays and Approvals

The number of revisions, if any, will be defined in the relevant proposal. Requests that materially change approved requirements or deliverables may be treated as additional work. Timelines depend on timely receipt of content, access, feedback and approvals. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client, third-party providers, platform reviews, outages or events outside our reasonable control.

2.5 Third-Party Services and Advertising

Projects may rely on third-party platforms, including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, analytics tools, social networks and advertising platforms. Their fees, policies, availability, review processes and decisions are controlled by those providers. Unless expressly stated in writing, our service fee is separate from advertising spend and third-party subscription or renewal fees. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, traffic, approvals, revenue or advertising results.

2.6 Intellectual Property

Ownership or licence rights in final, paid-for deliverables will be as stated in the project proposal or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, third-party software, open-source components, stock assets, fonts, plugins and platform tools remain subject to their own licences. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, methods, frameworks and know-how. We will not knowingly transfer rights to assets that we do not own or have permission to license.

2.7 Acceptable Use and Confidentiality

You must not use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harmful or misleading activity. Each party should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received from the other party and use it only for the relevant business purpose, subject to disclosures required by law or information that is already public or independently developed.

2.8 Suspension, Termination and Liability

We may pause work or access where payment is overdue, required information is not provided, security is at risk, or the requested activity may violate law or platform rules. Either party may request termination in accordance with the applicable written agreement. Any unpaid amounts for work performed or third-party commitments already authorised remain payable. To the extent permitted by law, Claban Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any non-waivable statutory rights.

2.9 Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. Any dispute will be addressed first through good-faith discussion; competent courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear unresolved disputes. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on our website. Contact: info@claban.in.
